Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wildlife 中国野生动物保护法

This law is to protect animals near extinction, promote better use of wildlife resources and keep ecological balances in China. Thanks for this law, the activities concerned with these wild animals are under control. This law protect the beneficial of imortant economic or scientific value animals in Chinese territory, and the scientist can do more research to these animal and do better protection for them.

As this law says: "This Law is formulated for the purpose of protecting and saving the species of wildlife which are or near extinction, protecting, developing and rationally utilizing wildlife resources and maintaining ecological balances."
